I purchased a 300w 30000LM light bar off of amazon Sept. 29th of 2014 and both threaded holes on each end of the light bar stripped out last week causing the light bar to fall into the box of my truck and now half of the light bar doesn't work.. And a light bar that I can't mount to anything doesnt to me any good. Wondering how I can claim my 2 year warranty on this if you could get back to me that would be great.

Hello, I purchased a light bar 14 months ago, and now the left 1/3 portion of the light bar flickers and then goes off while the rest of the light bar works fine. Eyour 50 inch curved light bar 288 purchased December 2, 2015. I sent ya'll a text msg. telling you the make, model and year of his truck and asked SPECIFICALLY,if this would fit. I was told it would fit his truck and bought it for a Christmas present. He went to Dothan, Alabama to have it installed, and was told it WOULD NOT FIT HIS TRUCK! I would lke to request information on how to return this product STILL IN THE BOX! Please help me!

I have a 31" 198watt light bar and after about 6 months it started getting moisture inside the case. Now after a couple months I have several blocks of 4 light bulbs burned out or just not working. I wasn't for sure what the warranty for my product was until I got onto your site, but now that I know how long your warranty is, I did in fact purchase it last year so the warranty is still current. I purchased your product from an eBay user and it came in the box as if it came straight from the manufacturer with your IP67 rating. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
