Purchased a bar on Amazon. Installed nice and tight. Drove a little ways and it started to move. Looks like the threads inside the end cap are stripped. Can I get a new end cap??

I recently purchased 8 eyourlife slim led par cans 54x3w in metal cases and 1 of them came without plastic corner protectors at all (there should be 8 of the per light).

Is it possible to send these to me? I am located in USA.
